All our packages have a minimum subscription period of 3 months and will roll on monthly thereafter. You can cancel anytime after the initial 3 months by logging into your account and visiting the subscriptions tab. Unless terminated your plan will continue on a monthly basis.

To book in your sessions after payment, just get in contact with us directly with your order or membership number. More information on how to book will be in your order confirmation email. You will be required to complete your contraindications form before you are able to complete any sessions. A link to complete the form will be included in your order email or you can complete it when you come into the centre.
