For You Now’s Cryo team will ensure that you enter safely into one of the most state-of-the-art electric cryotherapy chambers available, giving you one of the coldest experiences of your life.

At the chambers temperatures of -87 degrees, we can start to assist your body to recover, heal and regenerate.

At these temperatures and for the appropriate recommended timescale, the body activates its flight or fight response. 

Do you stay or do you go? 

When you stay, and your body fights the cold, your body will naturally stimulate and promote your metabolism to start racing. Re-oxygenation of your blood will occur, encouraging anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving gains.

All our packages have a minimum subscription period of 3 months and will roll on monthly thereafter. You can cancel anytime after the initial 3 months by logging into your account and visiting the subscriptions tab. Unless terminated your plan will continue on a monthly basis.

To book in your sessions after payment, just get in contact with us directly with your order or membership number. More information on how to book will be in your order confirmation email. You will be required to complete your contraindications form before you are able to complete any sessions. A link to complete the form will be included in your order email or you can complete it when you come into the centre.
